About the Role

Empaco Healthcare Technologies is a small but fast-moving company active in the smart devices sector. As our commercial activity grows, we are looking for a Sales Operations Support & Administrative Coordinator to help with day-to-day administrative tasks and to support our sales processes. This is a new role created to assist with handling increasing operational and documentation needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support related to sales activities (documents, follow-ups, schedules)
  • Prepare and organize sales files, contracts, product lists, and partner documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and internal trackers
  • Support basic reporting by updating spreadsheets, tracking orders, and preparing summaries
  • Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, and external partners when needed
  • Assist with order-related documentation and customer information updates
  • Organize internal documentation and keep product information up to date
  • Help prepare materials for meetings and organize internal calendars
  • Support onboarding of new partners with required paperwork and information

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in administrative work or office support
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Word, and digital tools
  • Good communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a small, hands-on team
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a flexible work environment

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Consultants to collaborate with us. This role requires full ownership of the customer relationship, from independently identifying and qualifying leads to closing sales and acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the duration of the collaboration.

This opportunity is suited for self-directed sales professionals who value autonomy and flexibility. The role can be performed part-time, full-time, or alongside other professional activities, with workload and earnings directly aligned with individual effort and results.

Responsibilities

  • Independently identify, prospect, and qualify new B2C leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact through closing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers after the sale
  • Serve as the primary contact and ongoing support for assigned customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a full sales pipeline independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Fluency in Romanian, spoken and written
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and self-organization
  • Comfortable working in a fully performance-based compensation model

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of English, Italian or German
  • Experience in the personal technology and/or healthcare sector
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
