About the Role

We are seeking a full time Solutions & Sales Specialist to join our team in Timișoara. This role combines client facing product demonstrations with sales operations support. You will accompany the sales team to client meetings, present and demonstrate our solutions, and support the commercial process from first contact through follow up. In parallel, you will support internal sales processes and help ensure operational workflows run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend client meetings with the sales team and demonstrate our solutions in a clear and structured way
  • Present product features, explain use cases, and answer practical questions from clients and partners
  • Assist preparation of demo materials, presentations, and supporting documents for client meetings
  • Support sales leadership before and after meetings with follow ups, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in internal systems and Excel trackers
  • Support onboarding of new sales representatives and partners with materials and operational guidance
  • Provide general administrative support (half a day to one day per week)

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales support, customer support, operations, or a similar role
  • Comfortable presenting technology solutions and speaking in front of clients
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English, any additional language is a plus
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Word, and digital tools
  • Able to operate in a small, hands on team and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a flexible work environment
  • Experience in the technology or healthcare sectors preferred
  • Basic administrative experience is an additional plus

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Consultants to collaborate with us. This role requires full ownership of the customer relationship, from independently identifying and qualifying leads to closing sales and acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the duration of the collaboration.

This opportunity is suited for self-directed sales professionals who value autonomy and flexibility. The role can be performed part-time, full-time, or alongside other professional activities, with workload and earnings directly aligned with individual effort and results.

Responsibilities

  • Independently identify, prospect, and qualify new B2C leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact through closing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers after the sale
  • Serve as the primary contact and ongoing support for assigned customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a full sales pipeline independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Fluency in Romanian, spoken and written
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and self-organization
  • Comfortable working in a fully performance-based compensation model

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of English, Italian or German
  • Experience in the personal technology and/or healthcare sector
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
